All Palace Hotel meeting rooms offer individuality and adaptability, so whether your event is an informal interview session, boardroom meeting or company conference with workshops and administration space, we have the perfect location to meet your needs.  Venues benefit from natural daylight and ventilation.  Wi-fi can be arranged in all rooms on request.

Capacity for up to 350 delegates, with built-in stage (extendable for use with back projection) and PA system.  The adjacent Sun Lounge can be used for catering or integral exhibition.  Light and airy with direct access on to the terrace.  When utilised in conjunction with the West Lounge, ancillary space is available for refreshments, conference registration or as extended exhibition floor area.

Capacity for up to 100 delegates.  Additional space available for group work or associated exhibition.  Can be used together in conjunction with the interconnecting Riviera Room to provide extended catering or display facilities or associated meeting room.

Used primarily as a supporting facility to the Anstey Room and capable of accommodating up to 80 for presentations or catering.

Exceptionally multi-functional venue for up to 60 people.  Works particularly effectively where meetings and catering are combined, being sited off the Main Restaurant, or operating as a private dining venue.

Larger residential events requiring a site administration centre are offered this facility as a support system.  Two direct dial lines, broadband and Wi-fi access are available.  Additional office equipment can be arranged to suit client specifications.

SYNDICATE ROOMS                                                                                                                                                                          For smaller meetings, training courses and breakout groups, the hotel offers five further meeting rooms, including The Writing Room*, which can also be utilised for intimate private dinner parties for up to 12 guests.

Use of site conference equipment is provided for resident events, with additional units or more specialised audio visual equipment hire according to client needs.
