Hotel Leisure Breaks

The Palace Hotel – perfect for hotel leisure breaks or as a business conferencing venue. There is plenty on-site at our Devon luxury hotel to occupy even the most active and this is what really sets the Palace apart from every other Torquay leisure hotel in the area.

Golf
A challenging 9-hole, par-3 short championship hotel golf course and separate putting green.
Swimming
Indoor heated hotel swimming pool with sauna.  Informal coffee lounge with viewing gallery.  Outdoor heated pool open during the warmer summer months.
Tennis
We are equipped with four all-weather outdoor hotel tennis courts and two indoor courts. Our on-site, LTA-qualified coach can be booked for tuition with a little advance notice.
Fitness Suite
A selection of hotel gym equipment and free weights available in a naturally temperate room, overlooking the croquet lawn.
Squash
Play squash. There are two courts available.
Snooker
Play snooker on our two full-size tables.
Croquet Lawn
Play croquet.  It’s the perfect way to accompany a jug of Pimms on a sunny day!
Children
Play area and bear sculpture.
Equipment
Golf clubs and tennis/squash racquets & balls are available for hire and golf balls can be purchased from the Porters' desk. Croquet sets and snooker cues/balls are also provided via the Porters' desk, as required.
