Wedding Breakfast & Evening Party Room Hire
We make no room hire charges for the venues assigned for your Wedding Breakfast & Evening Reception. Should you wish to hold a civil ceremony at the hotel a separate room hire charge will apply.
Evening Party only Room Hire
A room hire charge for an Evening Party only will apply if no Wedding Breakfast is held, with applicable charges available upon request. For your guidance and information, for Saturdays from mid-July though to early September we do require a complete wedding package to be booked, i.e. Wedding Breakfast & Evening Reception.
Accommodation
Bride & Groom
A double-bedded suite will be available to the Bride & Groom on the night of the Wedding on a complimentary bed & breakfast basis.
Parents of the Bride & Groom
If overnight accommodation is required by the parents of the Bride and/or Groom, we will be
happy to upgrade their room/s at no additional charge, i.e. availability permitting, when
booking and paying for a standard room, a garden facing room will be assigned.
Wedding Guests
A specially reduced bed & breakfast tariff starting from £50.00 per person, per night, inclusive of VAT will be applicable for any other family or friends wishing to stay. Guests would book their accommodation direct with our reservations office, and in quoting their attendance to the Wedding would enjoy the above quoted concessionary tariff. Dinner in the Restaurant is available if required, although booking in advance is essential.
Mid-week Wedding Special Offer
Book your Wedding at the Palace Hotel on Sunday through to Thursday and receive a discount of 10% on all pre-booked food and beverage services, overnight accommodation tariffs for your guests and any room hire charges (if applicable).
